Hearken uses necessary cookies to run the service. Product-improvement cookies are optional and are kept separate from the core Conversation workflow.
Used to keep sign-in, invite access, security, preferences, and basic product functions working. These are not used for marketing analytics. Includes the session cookies (admin_session, listener_session) that authenticate signed-in users.
We set a hearken_geo_country cookie containing your 2-letter country code (e.g. "GB"), derived from Cloudflare's network metadata. It only defaults the billing currency picker — your explicit currency choice always wins. The cookie is HTTP-readable so the billing UI can render the right default without an extra round-trip.
Used only after you choose to allow them. Hearken uses Microsoft Clarity on preview and sign-in pages to understand confusing screens, clicks, scrolling, page movement, device type, and approximate location.
Hearken does not use Clarity on reply, transcript, private report, account, payment, admin, API, or owner-management screens.
Signed-in users can change product-improvement analytics in Privacy settings. Visitors can decline the banner and continue using preview surfaces.
