These are the basic customer-facing rules for using Hearken Preview.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hearken to collect unlawful, highly sensitive, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe content. Conversation creators are responsible for inviting the right people and explaining the purpose of the Conversation.
AI-assisted outputs
Summaries and suggested next steps are AI-assisted. They should be reviewed by a person before being used for decisions that affect people, customers, or employees.
Privacy and data
Use Hearken only where you have a proper reason to collect replies. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@hearken.my.
